I had a back adjustment due to sciatic nerve pain. Dr, Mendez explained the causes. He gave me stretching exercises to do at home. I'm feeling so much better. I highly recommend.
Very friendly group but o was supposed to receive so stretching exercises to my phone or e-mail. I never received them. That is why it is not 5 star
