It was quick and beneficial, I left with no pain before it hurt to turn my head and shoulder and arm pain upon arriving. It was a different experience but a good one.
Have struggled with back and neck pain and stiffness for years. Today was my first visit, and I haven't moved this well in a bit. They are extremely affordable. The staff was so friendly and it's a great atmosphere. Signed up for one of the plans they offer, and plan on going for awhile.
