* Update* So while I was getting treated, the staff was great. I had to cancel my membership and I was still getting charged. I got charged for 3 months. I have called and emailed and left messages. It’s been 2 months and I still have not gotten reimbursed. I have given them plenty of time to resolve the issue. Went In Today and Dr Russel adjusted me. He was fantastic and so helpful while explaining everything.
This was our first time at this facility. We usually go in our hometown. We walked in and had no idea there was an app and they got us all set up and told us how it worked. Doctors were both amazing and we will be back when we are in town.
