The Hayward and Fremont location tends to close often during business hours and I had a month membership for 4 visits and didn’t get to use even 1 because they were closed every time. I paid about $100 for 4 visits and didn’t get to use any of it. They wouldn’t refund me for the month or allow me to use 4 visits in the future because they said I could’ve gone to another location. Dr. Zach Chak is amazing! He took good care of me and is knowledgeable in his work. His witty personality keeps me coming back. Highly recommend him!
I came in with limited mobility and neck pain. Dr. Zac was amazing. I walked out with less pain and more mobility. When I’m in California, I make sure to come see him!
