Very poor experience with The Joint Chiropractic Fremont. I clearly requested to cancel my membership in person, but staff failed to inform me that a written request was required. Despite not using any services after that, I continued to be charged monthly. My refund request was denied based on a policy that was never communicated at the time. This feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency and proper customer service. I would not recommend this location.
Very friendly and hardly any wait time if any.
Great place to go if you want or only can afford sporadic visits. If you prefer you can go for a monthly plan instead. You can switch back too. Best is the you can use your bought package visits in many other cities which is very convenient. It's been very helpful healthwise.
The location is nice and small and convenient. I live in Hayward but make the drive down to Fremont to se Dr. Jose Villegas, very attentive doesn’t make you feel rushed when he is doing your adjustments, does an excellent job of making sure he takes care of any concerns you have definitely will continue to go out of my way to meet him at any location.
Excellent customer service and the chiropractors are always very helpful and are able to get me adjusted. I always feel a lot lighter and free when I’m walking out.
