Professional staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Much needed relief.
It was my first time visiting this location. I saw a young female chiropractor. She did not introduce herself or say much of anything, so I don’t know her name. The adjustment itself was good, but she finished by calling me a “hot mess.” I expected more professionalism and I am still not sure if it was meant to be a joke?. Doesn’t matter really, because it was simply rude and lacked all common sense. Would not recommend, unless you consider an insult at the end of your service charming.
I have used Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Hamilton and they are amazing Chiropractors; I highly recommend these two. Also, what I love about the membership option is that I can travel anywhere in the US and can use any Joint clinic where they are available!
My first visit and I wish I lived closer to be able to visit more often! Very comprehensive and thorough.
