Happy to hear that they are closing this place. They do not conduct business with ethics. I asked to cancel my plan and they handed me a "freeze account" document that I signed. Without any notification they started to charge me again 3 months later. I just noticed they have been charging me for 6 months that I have not used because I requested cancellation. They do not want to refund saying I signed a freeze not a cancellation.
Charges you for no reason and won't let you speak to a manager about fixing it. Terrible service.
