Im 26 and look I've been skeptical my whole life. Just shut up and let them work. Relax. Don't move, listen to what they say. Do your own research. It made sense to me the way they explained why the body needs to move; and when the parts don't they just hurt. Kind of like anything else. I can touch my toes. I know I feel better.
