Was absolutely not a fan of how The Joint runs their business. You don't get a private room, you walk around the front desk and it's a big open room with several tables to adjust people. The "doctor" that I was paired with (they aren't medical doctors, they are chiropractic doctors) was not friendly at all. It felt incredibly rushed, and my adjustment didn't make me feel better at all. Update August 2025-- Dr Oakley is Awesome. My upper vertebrae were twisted and he slowly worked them back into a more natural position, which gave me the use of my left arm again. I highly recommend Dr. Oakley. However, Dr Pierce is another matter. Rough treatment and stabbing pains that resulted in electric shocks around my ribcage. The last time he adjusted me, I asked him to adjust my hip. He said" I don't think your hip needs anything". Medical gaslighting is the worst. I love how convenient this chiropractic clinic is—no appointments necessary! You can just walk in and be seen almost right away. The chiropractors are always kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in how you're feeling, always asking if you have any specific concerns. Both doctors bring their own unique approach to care, and each one does an excellent job. Their individual styles complement the overall experience, and it’s clear they truly care about their clients.
Love this place so much
Great experience with all staff. Dr Oakley is fabulous. I feel so much better and am glad I found this chiropractor care.
