Had a great first appointment today. I was able to book the appointment online and text with someone to find a time that worked for me. Bella, At the front desk, was amazing and kind. She was patient with my 3 young children I brought with me. The adjustment was wonderful. I set up a plan to go back consistently so that hopefully I don’t have to live with consistent pain. Can’t wait for the next visit.
They are very rude and inconsiderate. They just want to charge you for as much as they can. They didn’t give any instruction on what I was paying for. They told me I had 7 visits, never told me they expire, never said I was signing up for a membership, I found out when I got billed again the next month. If you want to waste your money, this is the place for you. If you want people who actually care about your wellbeing and not how much money you spend, I would recommend going somewhere else!
We love Dr. Katie! She is so thorough and provides the best service.
