I joined as a member from the very beginning. I appreciate the concept and affordability of the joint chiropractic, but the regional management in Champaign has been disappointing. They continue to hire unsuitable staff for the front office, which has led to the loss of both excellent chiropractors. Now, the facility is closed due to a lack of personnel, and I can't reach anyone to cancel my flex membership. Dr Brown is awesome. Really gets the job done. took the time to listen and insure was not hurting and you felt better afterwards. well worth the visit i have the plan well worth it nice clean friendly place.
