They are never open! I’ve been here numerous times to cancel my subscription and they are always closed due to short staff. Then they won’t let you cancel unless your past due bill is paid. Which I understand, however they still keep charging you monthly even though you don’t want to come anymore. The doctor created a back issue for me & a jaw issue as well. I have been here once became a member have been back 3 times and there is always a note on the door and says closed Last Thursday I had an appointment. The doctor was in an accident, understandable... second time was Monday they closed supposedly due to weather. Now.... today closed early due to staffing. I've been in so much pain its unreal I paid for a membership and here we are. I will be calling corporate requesting a refund and going elsewhere.
CHECKED WITH MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME 79.00 FOR THE LAST 6 M0NTHS A GIRL SAID SHE EXPLANNED THE PLAN. SHE DIDNT EXPLAN NOTHING, WILL NEVER GO BACK. BE CAREFUL.
Make sure you call before you go! This place closes randomly almost every week! We have been on the health program for quite some time now and it is very unusual for us to get through an entire month and be able to get our treatments, without showing up to a locked door. We have shared our issues with the employees, but the owner doesn't seem to be bothered by our inconvenience. The staff is the best you will find anywhere. They are kind, considerate, and helpful.
They are amazing and I can’t wait to continue my journey to a healthier body.
