We LOVE our Springdale Crew – Mika, Tanner U, and Yari! We always feel welcomed and engaged and the treatment by Mika and Tanner is fantastic. We’ve visited a few other sites and while each DC has their own style, our crew is simply the best! It’s what made it easy to continue our annual membership! I was charged $305 for two 5 minute visits and they refuse to refund me for the extra charges. I wasn’t emailed any receipts, no text messages to indicate that this was being deducted without my knowledge. I was already paying for a real chiropractor elsewhere that did actually address what needed attention and corrected the problem. After discovering these charges I asked 3 times to discuss this with management but all I got was an email address which no one ever replied, no phone call back just stolen from.
