I submitted a review a few days ago and it got connected to my other email. My concern was there was no assistance being provided after one chiropractor was out. The wait times were longer than normal. I'm waiting to be seen for my adjustment now and I see they have some help this week. I'm so happy to see that this was taken serious and adjustments have been made. This will keep from Chiropractor burnout and patient needs can be adequately addressed. Dr. Allen is amazing. I was traveling and I stopped., my body is a little complicated compared to some, she spent time getting to know my case ask me questions check in with me, one adjustment with her, and I felt more relief that I have in a year. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to see her again today. Totally worth it.
