The most positive thing to say is that this is a place you can be adjusted. I woke up in a lot of pain, and needed to be seen before work and saw this place had walk-ins. After initially filling out paperwork that the chiropractor seemed to not read, I received a really rough adjustment from a chiropractor who was really condescending and a bit rude to me. I’d never been to the chiropractor, but after experiencing rib/thoracic pain/dislocation I decided to give it a go despite not knowing what to expect. However, the initial visit was extremely smooth, quick, and efficient. I signed up for the Wellness Plan, and it was clearly explained to me by the receptionist.
