Despite speaking with the manager on 6/16/2026 and her confirming receipt of my cancellation form on 6/15/2026, I was explicitly told that my membership was terminated effective immediately. Yet I was charged again today. This charge must be refunded without delay. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter and file a formal dispute with the Maryland Consumer Protection Department.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. When I signed up, the membership was explained as a one‑month commitment, but I later learned it was actually a three‑month agreement. This was not clearly disclosed at the time and the signup process felt rushed. I requested cancellation as soon as I realized the issue, but I was informed I am still responsible for two months of payments.
