If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with The Joint Chiropractic was profoundly negative, leading me to strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services. Despite claims of flexibility, their cancellation policy is a deceptive trap. Initially told that cancellation couldn't be processed over the phone or online due to "HIPPA" reasons, a clear misrepresentation of such regulations, the situation only worsened in person.
