I had a very concerning experience at The Joint Chiropractic that resulted in a confirmed injury. During my visit, I informed the provider multiple times that I was in significant pain during the adjustment. I stated that it “hurt really bad” and even lost my breath at one point. Despite this, the provider continued adjusting the same area multiple times and also used an activator on my ribs after I expressed pain and stated “one sec”. I always check to see if Dr. Liz is working at this location and then I RUN to see her. She is the *best.* She is so friendly and listens to your concerns and then takes action. I always know I’m never going to be at the Outer Loop/Okolona location long because they are incredibly fast, efficient, and Dr. Liz makes you feel instant relief. She adjusts my stiff back and tailbone in a way that no other provide has or could in the past.
