The chiropractor was great but Beth in front office was just very rude and maybe little racist ! She wouldn’t let me explain to her that the number of appointments I need are just 8 for this month but she insisted that I get a package for 10 . She is just trying to over charge and act entitled. She kept rolling her eyes and spoke in a very condescending way by trying to convince me to NOT do what chiropractor recommended for me but just pay more. Today was my first visit and I was impressed! I called and they got me right in. Dr Erica was able to quickly identify the area that had been bothering me for days. A few cracks and pops later and I’m as good as new!! They have great customer service are friendly and were very effective in reliving my upper back and shoulder.
