The office was very clean Jeremy at the front desk was very informative. Dr. H was very friendly and informative, I really liked the way he adjusted my neck and back.
I can’t recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Gilroy enough! When I first started coming here, I was struggling with persistent neck pain and back pain that was affecting my daily life. Dr. H was very patient and focused on a plan to get me back on track. I’m happy to say that the pain is now gone! We’ve transitioned from relieving the constant pain to focusing on ongoing health and maintenance. The staff is super helpful and kind! If you’ve been thinking about checking it out, this is your sign to go for it.
I went in barely able to walk from having lower back pain. Went out feeling like I had been given new hips. What a relief!
Poor customer service. The receptionist experience was less than desired. She was not empathetic to my needs and was short and not as communicative as desired. This review is based off of customer service alone and not the actual chiropractors.
