I went in 2 weeks before my plan was to renew and requested to cancel the plan. I was told I had to talk to the doctor. I told the front desk person who I signed up with that I just wanted to cancel the plan she said ok. I also sent an email about cancellation. No one responded instead I was charged for the plan anyway. When I called I was told by another person that I needed to fill out a form which I did but I was charged anyway. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Joe and Dr. Marc as I know they will both listen to what my concerns are and make sure I am in the best care for the future. Dr. Joe is very thorough and answers all the questions I have. Khozik at the front helped me my first day, and they continue to be welcoming and kind. I look forward to every time we cross paths; truly a great team all around!
Great place to get a quick adjustment. Dr Marc is very good and is careful with your body. Helps keep me moving and loose.
Love this place and Dr. Marc is awesome. I've been adjusted by many different chiropractors and Dr. Marc is the best.
