We have been going to this site for several years, always a 5 Star until today. Thus I will not mark a 1 star for today's incident. My wife and I both had accounts, knowing we were near the end of our contract we confirmed the number of appointments left, I had 3, she had 2. After our visit that day we confirmed, I had 2 left, she 1. We returned a week or so later, both were adjusted and as leaving were told my wife did not have any left!
