We have been going to this site for several years, always a 5 Star until today. Thus I will not mark a 1 star for today's incident. My wife and I both had accounts, knowing we were near the end of our contract we confirmed the number of appointments left, I had 3, she had 2. After our visit that day we confirmed, I had 2 left, she 1. We returned a week or so later, both were adjusted and as leaving were told my wife did not have any left! I have been very happy with the service I get at The Joint. Both doctors seem very knowledgeable and explain things in a way that make sense. And before I even tell them where I'm hurting they have already figured it out. I love that they are open at times that work with my busy work schedule. I also love all the options they have for payments. All the staff members are very friendly and even remember my name from day one. Best chiropractor I've been to.

I walked in barely could walk suffering with few things. Mike helped me out and was very knowledgeable about my issues walked out walking better even tho the road is gonna be a while I trust Mike to get me there!!! And front desk is so helpful and nice great place!
