Joseph (cheerful and friendly) helped me with my first visit doing the intake. I walked in and Dr. Nicole was very attentive with me. I hobbled in, and was able to hop out… PAIN FREE!

I found this place through a TikTok pop-up. Since I've had a crick in my neck for going on two weeks now I figured I'd try it. Especially for the $29 new patient offer. However, I didn’t get to my initial consult because I'm big on good, old-fashion customer service and this place missed the mark. I arrived at my appointment at 9:30am. I understand they don't open until 10:00am so I sat in my car until 9:45am as it's suggested in the email confirmation to arrive 10minutes prior to your appointment. I was terrified going in, due to horror stories. The Dr was very nice and informative. Made my body feel a lot better
Quick and easy. Friendly receptionist that are willing to take up different form of communication due to me being deaf client. I was able to express my concern without issue with the chiropractor, looking forward to more sessions to put me in good hand and toward healthier outcome.
