I had a terrible experience with Dr. Brianne Wade at The Joint. This was my first time seeing her, and not only did she fail to introduce herself, but she was completely dismissive and lacked any sense of empathy. I was in significant lower back pain and struggling to move, but she treated me like I was just another number on an assembly line. I’m really frustrated that I drove all the way over here and they are closed. I called just to make sure they were open and the automated answering machine said they were open. The hours listed are not correct. They changed their hours and haven’t updated their phone system or here on Google. We are from out of state and drove 20 minutes out of our way to get here and they were closed. We even called ahead of time.
