I’ve had a great experience at The Joint Chiropractic! Kierra at the front desk is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. she makes check-in quick and easy, answer any questions I have, and always greet me with a smile. The staff does an excellent job keeping everything organized and making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. Their customer service truly stands out and makes every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Dr Pam was amazing. She did not make this experience, feel like a drive-through. She listened to my needs and performed an evaluation. I went from hardly being able to turn my neck to relief. I’m visiting from California and that plane ride was so brutal on my body. Thanks Dr Pam for restoring me !
My first adjustment from Dr Pam was great. She puts all her strength into it thats for sure
Visiting from out of town, it's always a little worrying to not go to one of your regular chiropractors. This was not the case here! Check in with the app was easy, the reception was quick to confirm everything, Doctor Pam asked questions based on my profile, got to know my profession/situation and adjusted me accordingly with a lot of extra attention. I would feel no qualms coming back to this location or another location with the same team
