Rude to customers. Care only about getting every last dime they can get from you, when their billing is screwed up. Don't care about treating customers poorly. Other than that, the chiros were usually OK with adjustments. Too bad their service staff do not understand how to treat customers properly.
I've been to many, and this is the best Joint location hands down! Dr. Marc is the amazing and he spends a lot of time with you on each appointment instead of feeling like you're just part of the rotation.
