Always great! I have been using The Joint for almost 2 yrs and very happy with adjustments! Love the walk-ins ability and hours. Very kind staff.
Pricing is on point. You can get in and out without a wait most of the time. The staff and chiropractors are wonderful! If you are looking for a full service chiropractor's office, they are not that. You can get adjusted, but they aren't equipped for any type of therapy or massage, just an FYI .
Dr. Alex is amazing!! I came in for discomfort in my lower back and sciatica, I honestly could feel a difference as soon as I got up from my adjustment. Everyone I encountered was professional and knowledgeable.
My husband was seen by Haley Godfrey on January 30, 2026. The treatment she provided caused a ruptured disc. He had to be physically carried out of the clinic and driven home because he was unable to walk on his own. A complaint will be filed with the Alabama State Board of Chiropractic.
Today’s experience definitely jumped started my day and gave me the motivation in mobility to press forward with ease throughout my day!!!!! Grateful for people that have been put into place in order to make a difference in the lives of other people!!!
