I was treated with professionalism and respect. It was a very good experience.
Rushed and Disappointing Service The service at Joint Chiropractic is seriously lackluster. They seem more focused on how many people they can push through the door than actually providing quality care. One visit, staff were bragging about how many people they served while clearly understaffed—I ended up waiting over an hour. Another time, I came in shortly before closing with no one else waiting, and they still refused to see me. It would’ve taken five minutes. Disappointing and unprofessional.
The Joint has been a life saver for me. I have been going for about 9 months. When I first started coming I could hardly walk and I tried everything. I have found such relief making weekly visits to keep my back in check. I highly recommend going for any type of neck, back or hip pain. I have seen Dr’s in north Ogden, Draper, and St George and they have been amazing!
