Dr. Chang is the best doctor I've seen in a while, she is patient, kind, a great adjuster and really listens to my concerns! Please don't ever leave, doc!!
Do not use this company! They are liars. Do not sign a contract! If you did, cancel right away! They tried to defraud me by lying to my face about recurring charges. I wanted a one-time treatment and they offered me a "package of 4 treatments" for $89 instead. I initially declined but they promised that it was a only one-time charge of $89, that I had a month to use them, and that once I used all 4 or the month was over I was done and there would be no more charges. I’ve tried to give this place a chance THREE times and each time I’ve been turned away for a different, increasingly frustrating reason. First visit: I showed up during open hours, but there was nobody at the front desk to do an intake despite being open. No explanation, no signage, nothing. Just a completely unstaffed office and a refusal to check me in when I would have bought a membership. Awesome... feeling like a new person Dr. Bystrom was very informative as well as the staff. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back.
I’m so soo disappointed. On the surface they pride themselves on being affordable with no hidden fees but really they scam and trick you. The first consultation and adjustment is $29 which is awesome. Then I was recommended to come back for at least 5 more sessions which came out to $118 and they told me that they added in two extra sessions to make it 7 for just $118.
