Cared about my pain and how to relieve it safely
Great service
Doctor was very attentive to my concerns and explained what he felt was the best avenue to address them. Each procedure he performed was very precise and he was diligent in making sure that he was not hurting me. I have not been adjusted in decades and although he didn’t feel that was in my best interest YET, he did do stretches and pressure relief exercises that have seemingly lessened my symptoms. I look forward to moving forward to more adjustments.
I will never go to The Joint again as I called last Saturday to let them know I would not be returning this month and would let them know when I will be back and asked them not to charger me going forward. Tabatha said okay but proceeded to try to charge my account. I called today and asked her why she charged me after I called on Saturday and she said well u had to come in and sign something. I said why did t you tell me on Saturday? She said well I will go back and listen to the voicemail. She had blocked me from the main ... read more
I would not recommend this provider. They try to lock you into a contract and will not let you cancel. They tell you that all they can do is freeze the plan.
