Dr. Holmes was amazing. She took the time to walk you through everything she was doing as she was doing it and why. Normally, I'm a though nut to crack; although she has a gentle touch, she was able to push the right trigger points to relax me enough that not a lot of pressure was required!
Dr. Holmes knew what she was doing and knew all the points of discomfort just by touching. I like her a lot and I will be following if she is close.
Dr. Holmes was fantastic. She was thorough and gentle.
