The receptionist was excellent — warm, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once I saw the doctor. She felt more like a saleswoman than a healthcare provider, constantly pushing services instead of actually listening to my needs. My experience here was very disappointing. The chiropractor who saw us spoke down to us the entire time, treating us like children rather than patients. Her attitude was a 0/10 — dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of feeling cared for, we left feeling disrespected. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who actually listens and treats you with respect, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
