I was on the verge of canceling had not been in a month. The doctors that did the best work on me had moved on and their replacements just couldn’t get at my neck and back the same way. I went today, one last chance kind of visit and go an adjustment by Dr Mira for the first time. Hands down the best adjustment I had ever gotten at the Joint in Annapolis. Did not cancel my membership. Will be tracking to see if he stays on and when he’s working to get more work; my body needs it. Great adjustment today.

Great experience, doc spent some time explaining different sleeping positions and exercises that can help my lower back. Love The Joint business model, I travel driving a lot and have used offices all over the east coasts. It's great to be in a new town and still have easy access to chiropractic services where they have all your history.
