I have paid for 3 months without any service. They keep on deducting montly amount without any call if we want to continue. When we have realized, no proper response from them. Very very bad experience. This is not the good way to get the money.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with The Joint Chiropractic was profoundly negative, leading me to strongly discourage anyone from seeking their services. Despite claims of flexibility, their cancellation policy is a deceptive trap. Joint Chiropractors My daughter had a sports related neck injury and was treated at JC on Woodruff Rd, Greenville for three weeks in 2022. The Chiropractors were great no issues, she started to feel better two weeks after the injury and that’s when we canceled our membership. Everything about this facility is amazing. Great hours, the girls at the front desk are remarkable with their people skills and awesome personalities. The Chiropractors are well trained and care about their patients complete healing process. The rates are very affordable and unbeatable in these troubling times. The Joint Chiropractor 2810 Business Center Dr, 77584 Broken ribs during a right lumbar adjustment by Dr. Micheal Johnsey. Coward-No apology nor acknowledgement although I told him more than several times I was hurt and my left ribs are protruding through my skin.. Scam. They suck. Alot
I went this cheap route. I came in with discomfort and max pain of 8 after an 8 hour shift. Now I’m in a lot of pain and after a 6 hour shift I was a 10 on the pain scale and was almost in tears. I went back another day to complain and they kept saying it was normal to have soreness. I insisted it wasn’t soreness, that I was in a lot of pain. The chiro there that day wasn’t the same I had. Unfortunately The website states that there are no appointments and that “walk-in-are-welcome” however this location does not take walk-ins. I went there this morning and was turned away AS A NEW CLIENT. They have plenty of advertisement and deals for “new client” and advertise “No appointments” but I was told to “make an appointment for another time” this is not as convenient for me if I need to make appointments to come here.
