Be very careful giving them your credit card information. I purchased a monthly package and was told it had been completed, but they continued to bill me without sending any monthly statements or email notifications—even though they had my email on file. After noticing three additional charges on my credit card, I called, and they told me my account had not been closed and that I needed to come in person to fill out paperwork which I did immediately. Doc explained very well details for why I was having pain. Receptionist very well mannered. Great customer service. Doc made me feel 15yrs younger when I walked out!
I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel brand new. Very pleased with the service, the attention to detail and making me feel confident and comfortable every time.
Dr.Matt was attentive, thorough and very patient with me. His mannerisms were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I got the 6 month package because after the verbal explanation, physical consultation and that first crack… I was sold! Sam at the front desk was great too! Very friendly and helpful!
