I had an older man help me the other day. My entire transaction he made me feel very uncomfortable. Does not have any proper knowledge on products or vape batteries. Hire staff who know stuff, thanks.
This business is often closed during regular hours with no notice and constantly has staffing issues — the Baltzan location is no different. When they are open, they’ve even kept the store running while a concrete crew was pouring right outside. It looks unprofessional, creates a poor experience for customers, and makes it harder for the workers doing their job. Overall, both locations leave a bad impression and seem poorly managed.
