Cassandra at this location is simply hands down one of the best in customer service that I have come across (and that is saying a lot since I’ve worked in customer service myself for over twenty years). We recently bought a home near the Seaside/ Astoria, Oregon area. We searched many furniture stores and eventually found The Joinery in Portland, where we bought a lot of our furniture. We are beyond pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The furniture is hand made to order so it takes a while to receive it but it is worth the wait!
