Favorite lunch spot in Johnstown! My go to is the chicken caesar salad. My husband loves their ruben sandwich. Comparable to a Panera Bread or Jason’s Deli but so much better in my opinion and cheaper. They always have delicious soups too. The soups change every day. Favorite soups have been broccoli cheddar, chicken & dumpling, chicken and rice and chicken noodle. The people that work there are always so welcoming and kind. I went to the Lunchbox for the first time in a while and ordered my usual: turkey focaccia, no onion and add bacon. I was given the sandwich with onion and no bacon. Pretty sure bacon was an up-charge, so I paid for more than I actually received. I’m normally not one to complain (and typically love onion), but I’m pregnant and the sandwich was extremely disappointing.
Loved my Rueben sandwich here. Best time I’ve had in a while.
If I wanted to be unhappy and have a cold sandwich or a prebagged soup, I can get those things from a store and make myself unhappy why would I pay you for that.
