I only just signed up with The Johns Family Agency, and coming and seeing they have all 5 star reviews does not surprise me. After a search with several agents for insurance on home, auto and landlord policies, Nicole and her team were the most responsive, with clear communication, and finding the best fit for our needs. If I don't downgrade this review, assume that I'm enjoying this 5 star service beyond onboarding. Definitely would recommend based on our experience.

The Johns Family Agency responded promptly to our inquiries re: renter insurance and gave us a reasonable quote in a day. Life is complicated enough--it's nice that there is someone who can deliver results that can simplify insurance.
Nicole Johns and staff provided me with superior Service . They gave me a simple explanation of the coverage i purchased for my co op apartment . They really care about there customers . I called a couple of insurance companies before i found this company . Very professional with a rate i was comfortable with . a great company Highly recommend them .
