We first saw Chris on John Weber's videos. She was so authentic -in the videos she spoke honestly of pricing, utility costs, and weather concerns. When we met in person, she was just as real. It was wild to find out we had also lived in the same cities. Carolyn Welch is an amazing real estate broker. She is incredibly knowledgeable and equally as responsive. She also showed great patience and was a great resource for finding an attorney, lender and all things related to a real estate purchase. We just closed on an Ellenton last week. Just a few minor issues which were fixed prior to closing. This is our 5th home and 2nd build. Very pleased with process overall. Pennsylvania to South Carolina, hired the best realtor, John Weber team, Charter One Realty, including Carolyn Welch who were fantastic.
