I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this firm. The support staff made promises that were not fulfilled, and there was significant staff turnover. The initial attorney assigned to my case assured me of weekly updates, but I had to initiate contact myself and eventually, that attorney left the firm. My accident was in Just 2023. They sent Carrie Mason to my home that same day. I haven't heard of seen her since. I asked to speak to supervisor which lead nowhere.I have fill out my owe claim and fill my own paperwork.Boy did I make the wrong choice for a law firm.
Since June of 2019 an attorney at The Joel Bieber Firm (Geoff Glick) has dragged his feet on my case and provided me conflicting details. As I’m recovering from a concussion the last thing I need is infrequency and untrustworthy representation. Please do your research and find you a lawyer not a liar. This firm does not go the extra mile. If you are a victim of circumstances within the court system and they agree you have a case they still won’t follow through with an appeal. You just get dropped. They don’t prepare you properly and they don’t feel the need to argue when they think they have it in the bag. My case was so botched when it was a simple rear ending car crash while I sat at a stop light. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Horrible!
