Went to Ryan because he was our neighborhood guy. Our experience was nothing short of quick, simple, and exciting! Ryan sold our property in TWO days and helped us get our dream home we didn’t even think was possible. He prioritized our communication and answered all of our questions promptly. If you’re looking for a quick and easy process, him and his team are awesome - couldn’t recommend them enough!
Made the mistake of using a different realtor and it failed miserably. Long story short, my previous realtor ghosted me 5 days before my settlement come to find out settlement was actually never happening. LUCKILY i called Ashley (who I’ve used on all of my selling and purchasing) and within the same day she had the photographer there to retake pictures and that same night it was listed on the MLS, a few days later offer accepted and was able to settle in a timely fashion.
