Not a jewlery repair shop I would recommend! It was my 1st stop for a jewlery repair quote for a minor repair on my wife's wedding band. Everyone was friendly, professional and the store was attractive but when they told my the repair quote to fix the ring was $835 I was shocked. I told them it seemed high. They blamed it on the high cost of Gold, indicating they were going to cut out a portion of the band and add new gold. I asked them what it would cost if I provided the gold. I would give this store more stars if I can. After getting a ring to surprise my wife, with a stone I picked, they were more than generous to replace it with a stone of my wife’s choice afterwards with no extra charge. My family thanks you Mr. Jack!
We went to exchange my ring from our fifth wedding anniversary, and Jack, the owner, helped us. He was so kind, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for.
