Excellent customer service Randee is fantastic. She is both knowledgeable and professional. For my family, she has resized rings perfectly, set gems from other pieces into new settings, and taken the time to do the work just the way we wanted. She had my engagement ring to me within days of my bf calling her with my size. I am looking forward to going to the Jewelry Showroom to get wedding bands.
