This place is GREAT!not only do they have beautiful jewelry but their service is wonderful. And reasonably priced .I hadxa stone set toldme it would be a week itonly took afew days. And it cost half of what I was quoted by other businesses. They definitely have a new customer

They made my day!! I had purchased a ring from another local jewelry store but after having to wait a week for the repair, I called this place and they were able to get my repair done the NEXT day and for a fraction of the price. The service is 10/10 and I would highly recommend the Jewelry Shop for all your jewelry needs. I tried to tip them for their impeccable service but they wouldn’t take it stating that’s just the way they do business. Wish more places had this kind of service and integrity.

It was my pleasure to recently work with Deb Roma at The Jewelry Shop in Endicott, NY. I needed a special piece of jewelry for my son’s wedding and Deb had a beautiful piece. I can’t say enough about the level of care and guidance I received from Deb. This was personal care from the owner of this shop that was a special touch. Thank you, Deb! Take time to visit.
