I will definitely continue to make all of my future watch purchases or any jewelry purchases from Zeda and Bruce. Besides exceptional customer service the character of these people is genuine. In a world of business where customer service is no longer a priority, Zeda and Bruce make you a priority. This is a follow-up to my initial review of how great I was treated at the intake of my ring. My ring is fully restored, missing parts were placed back, the stone is secure and it was with zero exaggeration $1,000 less than my first quote. This is the first time I have written a review before the work was done. I just wanted to say Bruce is so friendly and knowledgeable, I completely trust him to do a great job on a ring that means a lot to me. He explained everything perfectly and the price is so reasonable for how much help I needed! I will do a post review when I pick it up along with a before and after. Its only by Appt. so you have to let him know you are coming but I'm so thrilled I found this family! Give him a call if you have the need!

I would highly recommend Jewelry Factory! Bruce and his wife are extremely friendly and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with a soft spot for police and first responders. I ordered a custom police class ring for my father and had a request that they used a piece of the original building for the gemstone. They went above and beyond to create a compound to harden the stone and custom cut it for the ring experimenting more than fifty times to get it just right. I ordered a custom police badge pendant from Bruce and Zeda during the 2021 Christmas season and all I can say is WOW. My fiance's father had passed away earlier that year, and I wanted to get a memorable gift that would last a lifetime and that would remind him of his father each day.
