You Mean there are other jewelry stores besides The Jewelry Exchange??? I purchased an engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancee'. Didn't really know what I wanted, but Tom Hudzik helped me pick out (what I believe to be) the perfect diamond and setting (and perfect price)! (E/IF Emerald)! She doesn't know...I plan to "pop the question" on June 25th. Stay tuned...I'll let you know if she says yes and if it is the perfect diamond and setting in her eyes too! The Jewelry Exchange is my jewelry store for life!
Great Service Consultant Frank and Asst. Manager Lorraine Head are wonderful, helpful people to work with at the Jewelry Exchange. My engagement ring that was purchased from there was stolen while getting appraised at another jewelry store. Frank worked diligently to find me another setting exactly like the one stolen from me and along with Lorriaine did everything possible to ensure that we had a replacement ring just as fantastic as the first one. They come HIGHLY recommended and we definitely will be back.
Unpleasant experience First thing I would like to say is this store does NOT know how to give excellent customer service. I was not greeted when we entered then when I aske for help by a gentleman name Tom he started to help us then answered the phone and started helping the customer on the phone then went into his office and sent someone else out 10mins later to assist us. Great Service and Products I was very pleased with the customer service and I am very happy with my purchase. My boyfriend brought me in to pick out a 1-year anniversary present. I wanted earrings, but I wasnt really sure what kind of earrings I wanted. So when we went in on a Saturday it was pretty busy and the guy standing at the front greeted us and gave us a number. Great Service and Prices I have been in here a few times. The first time I went in they didn't have what I wanted in stick, but said they could order it in from another store. They were really nice about it and didn't even make me put a deposit down. They called me a few days later to say the ring was in and I came back to look. It was exactly what I wanted. Greatest Place to Buy Engagement Rings. The only place i went to that was not pushy. They were very patient. They were more than willing to show me any type of diamond i wanted to see without making me feel obliged to purchase anything. Greatest jewelry store in the metroplex!

A Gem of a place. This place is like a swap meet of jewelers. Multiple booths but all with about the same pricing. Great items from rings to pendents. They also carry loose diamonds, if needed. People are helpful and friendly.
