Was in a time crunch. Bought the wife a ring without remembering size. She was flying out in a few days and the places I spoke to were saying it would take at least a week. Called the jewelry doctor and it was done in an hr. Definitely satisfied

They resized and cleaned both of our wedding rings. When they were done, my wife noticed a stone missing from her ring. They said some diamonds fall off during the cleaning. They found it and repaired it. And when we got home, i noticed a diamond missing off my ring. We went back, they found the diamond and repaired it. It was such an inconvenience. And I'm wondering if that's how they make their money on (loose) diamonds that go unclaimed.
