my sister and i got a jewelry change by haley. she was so gentle, friendly and knowledgeable! we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. although they do have limited jewelry choices, they had just what i was looking for. it was reasonably priced for what seems to be good quality jewelry. thank you haley!
It was the professionalism for me that’s why I’m giving them one star. Came in to get a tongue piercing and was told she couldn’t do the piercing the way I wanted it which was a vertical piercing on the tip. So I settled for a snake bite piercing. Everything was good until she looked at the piercing and seen there wasn’t enough tissue and said she had to redo it. Meaning having to remove the piercing and re pierce it again. Amazing piercing shop, the guy that pierced me (I don’t know your name sorry!) did an amazing job, I barely felt any pain. The piercings still have to heal but I’m sure they will heal quickly. Thank you a lot! :)
At first I loved my piercings, but they kept swelling, so they fixed the bar for one of them. This employee said the cost was nothing, but then charged me $5 after. The second one kept getting swollen off and on for months, and when I called, the lady said she could switch the back for me. When I came in, she told me she could not fix this issue because there weren’t anymore and also managed to hit another piercing I had that was fresh. Employees I encountered were not accommodating.
Went here yesterday to get my ears pierced! the lady was super sweet and patient!!!
