10/10 would recommend the Jewellery Studio! We are completely in love with our wedding rings and everyone there is so lovely. Outstanding quality, truly great pricing, a very creative group of people with master crafts people. We designed our rings from scratch, but if you’re getting anything repaired or buying pre-made, try these guys first. They have 2 life customers right here!
Very disappointed with what happened to my ring as I only wanted it to get resized , first time it was size way to small now they stretched it out so much it is to thin ( it was a lovely thick ring) but not anymore. It’s just not the same ring .. I would not recommend the place and I would not go back there again.. I’m now looking for someone who may be able to help fix this issue
I highly recommend The Jewellery Studio. The jeweller custom-made my wedding band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning, I can't stop looking at my new ring! it compliments my engagement ring beautifully. The team were always accommodating, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable. 10 stars!
Don't know why I didn't come here sooner with my jewellery! Wonderful experience every time. I recently had a large chip in my wedding ring, they found issues within the ring and suggested I go back to where we bought it and have it sent to the maker of the ring. After sometime I got a whole new ring from the maker, went back to The Jewellery Studio, told them the story and thanked them for all their help. Will continue to visit these guy for all my jewellery needs :-)
I have been a customer for many years to this amazing store, they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The quality of the products are sensational and I couldn’t recommend them enough and I think the staff are second to none!
