Purchased some leather chains from here and Duncan was quick to respond when I emailed a few days later to make sure the order was received on his end. One chain was too short and Duncan was incredibly helpful in purchasing a new one and returning the original. We ended up keeping the original and gifting to someone else because we are very happy with the quality and Duncan's help through the whole process. Go support this small business.
